This practical French press coffee maker works like a charm for two to three cups of coffee. Now I don't have to waste coffee made in the larger drip coffee maker so my beans go a bit further. This product is worth every cent.

I broke my old press pot, and ordered this because it was the cheapest on amazon for some reason.ANYWAYS. I thought this pour lid would be a little gimmicy, since I know how to make coffee (ie I don't leave my coffee in the pot for more than 4.5 minutes), but, hey, cheap is cheap, so I bought it.I was pleasantly surprised, however. The gasketed lid actually has cut back significantly on spillage, both during pouring, and during those tenuous moments while I insert the presser in to the pot.

Beaker should have cup markings to easily know how much water should be poured. Otherwise a good machine. Top does a good job keeping heat in.
