Item Description
Modern design can be far from sterile, as this stainless-steel sugar and creamer set from Bodum illustrates. Highly polished with a sensuous curve, each piece begs to be picked up and cradled in the hand. Measuring 2-3/4 by 2-3/4 inches, the rotund sugar bowl holds 3/4-cup of sugar, while the 4-inch-high creamer holds 1-1/4 cups of liquid. A press-fit lid for each keeps contents from spilling: the creamers lid with air hole is shaped to fit over the spout with just enough room to pour without removing, while an opening under the sugars lid allows the accompanying sugar spoon to protrude. Double-sided with blunt ends, the stainless-steel spoon provides the option of a large or small scoop of sugar. Or, one end can be used to scoop, the other to stir. The double-walled construction means cream stays cooler longer. Designed by Bodums creative genius Carsten Jorgensen, the set complements the Columbia line of bowls and thermal coffee and tea presses. --Ann Bieri

This sugar and creamer is very stylish in that stainless, modern way. They are very well made, work beautifully and look great--yes, fingerprints do show, but not too much, and they're dishwasher-safe. Wonderful!
Just what I wanted!

The biggest thing I was looking for was a creamer with a LID because I'm sort of a germaphobe!! I never thought that would be so hard to find! And these look great as I have other stainless steel pieces. As others have said, they are not brushed but rather have the shiny finish. Anyway, I am pleased with my purchase in every way!
Pretty ... but not very functional.

These are nice to look at, but the creamer lid is constantly falling into the container, and the sugar spoon is weirdly shaped.
