Excellent product and value. Holds a few cups more than a full pot of coffee and keeps it hot for hours if you preheat with hot water and fill it fairly full. I like that the lid comes all the way off (with a simple open hinge mechanism) - makes it much easier to clean than other pump-pots I've used where the lid isn't fully removable. It's small enough to clean with a standard kitchen faucet, and it's very lightweight. Seems to be solid construction and no complaints on the pump/pour. No excessive dripping/spurting so far, which is another issue I've had with other pump-pots. Brewed coffee last night and was surprised to find the leftovers still hot this morning. Excellent delivery and service from Amazon. Not many pump-pots are sold and shipped by Amazon, which could cause problems if it's damaged (e.g., glass liner shattered in transit) and you need to return/replace. (This happened with my first order, which led me to this one -- glad it did!)

I've been using this for a month to moisten cloth diaper wipes with warm water. It definitely keeps the water hot for 24 hours or more, especially if you take their advice to preheat it with hot water (which I don't usually bother with since I'm just filling it with more hot water). Sometimes it's a little awkward to take the lid part on and off but it gets easier after dealing with it a few times. The push down part seems a tad bit flimsy but I think it will be okay with gentle use. If you did want to clean the inside, not really sure how you get in there. I threw away the paper that came with it, but I don't recall it having instructions for taking it apart for cleaning (and I might be a little dense, but it's not apparent to me by just looking at it). Overall it's doing what I need it to do. Once my kids are out of diapers I may actually use this for coffee!

I had this coffee pumper for years, and am looking another (the gasket gave out). The price is so modest it is cheaper to buy a whole unit than replace the gasket. It is a perfect size for holding just enough for my girlfriends, or to last my husband through the weekend - we tried a larger pot, but since we weren't interested in filling it to the top, it wouldn't stay hot. The size of this one is great for a single pot of coffee. It will keep the coffee hot for 24 hours. It is also a perfect size to carry around, on camping trips and stadium outings. The button presses easily too (you would be surprised how much of an issue that is!). Finally, I like that it is black. It matches my coffee maker.
